Soooo excited to be a part of the fabulous Paper Issues Blog Hop!! There are some AMAZING projects out there on the hop, in 3 different categories: Scrapbook/Art Journal, Altered Projects and Cards, all with the "Tree Hugger" theme. If you've been hopping along on the scrapbooking hop, you should have arrived here from Joan Liddle's fabulous blog. If you just happen to come by here by chance, you can start the from the very beginning at Paper Issues! Since I'm on the Scrapbook/Art Journal hop I have a sweet little layout to share with you:
Aren't my little tree huggers the cutest? This pic was taken while on vacation in South Carolina a few years ago, we took a hike in a great state park and my two little goofballs were having a blast hanging from all these low branches! I was inspired by the fabulous sketch at Once Upon a Sketch as well as the prompt to include journaling on the photo. I also incorporated the bright color scheme challenge at Color Q, I just love the grey/teal/poppy/celery combo! I'm so glad you made it me, the final stop on the Scrapbooking portion of the blog hop. As a thanks, I'll be giving away a few of my fabric butterflies from my Etsy shop. To be entered, please leave a comment here. You don't have to be a follower but I would love it if you were!! I will choose one lucky commenter at random on Monday September 19th! And the more blogs you hop around to and comment, the more prizes you could win!! Thanks for hopping by! =) T
PS: The Paper Issues Etsy store has a discount code for ya! Now you can snatch up all the lovely new paper goodies you've been dying to get! Enter the code HOP25 for a 25% discount!
