Make a Wish

It's time to get Twisted....here's my take on this week's sketch at Twisted Sketches, with the twist of "Wish":

I know, not very clever with the twist, I really wanted to be, but I had this adorable photo of my daughter mid-wish with last year's bday cake, so I just had to use it!!
