Other than the background cardstock, this layout was put together with nothing bt scraps! The plaid scalloped strip is really only 8" long, so I cut it and made it look like it went behind the layout, a sneaky way to make less look like more! The journal card was also cut in half and split to elongate it a bit! I also mimicked this splitting trick by stamping the chevron design in sections at the top and bottom, rather than filling the entire page.
