This week's challenge at Sketches in Thyme is an open challenge, which means all you need to do to participate is create a layout using ANY SKETCH!! I decided to use this fabulous sketch from Design Dollies:
I also incorporated this color scheme from Color Q:
And I combined with a few other challenges while I was at it: The PATRIOTIC theme at Whimsical Wednesdays, RED WHITE and BLUE challenge ay Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog, I added TWINE to my button for Crazy 4 Challenges and the ADMIRE challenge at Bird is the Word- all combined to create this quick and easy layout of my daughter marching in her first Memorial Day Parade! =) T

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet layout! I am really enjoying your papers and the feel of the photo floating on the page. The flower with the button center anchors & compliments the photo nicely. The photo is the star and it looks great.
