Hello crafty friends! Time for my 2nd Design Team assignment over at the Scrapy Land challenge blog. They do biweekly challenges, and the theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. There are TWO WINNERS for each challenge. One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team. Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.
I incorporated 2 different dies to create today's layout of my 2 teenagers in Boston for the New England Patriot's Superbowl Parade. First, I started with the Little Hexagon Border Layer from Poppystamps. I ran several scraps of black cardstock through my Big Shot, overlapping the hexagon die to give it a rough, messy look. For my title I used the Hollow Hello Die from Frantic Stamps paired with sticker letters. I love how thin the "Hello" is, and I even saved the letters cut from the center to use for another layout!
I hope you'll stop by the Scrapy Land challange blog to see what the rest of the DT have come up with, and take part in the challenge too! You have until April 30th to upload your entry for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate. Thanks for stopping by! =) T
